Vatican Radio Ukrainian Lithurgies mark Oriental Easter Week

Trasmissions

Ukrainian lithurgies on Easter week under Julian calendar will be broadcast on 5 and 7 April by Vatican Radio. Shortwave, 25 and 31 metres band, beamed to Eastern Europe.
Frequencies used will be 9645 and 11740 kHz. The Divine Service in the Ukrainian language will include Great Thursday lithurgy n 5 April (The Morning of Passion) at 07:30 UTC (10:30 Kiev Time). On 7 April,
The Great Sabbath and Holy Virgin Mary Announciation Holiday celebration will be broadcast under Saint Basil the Great lithurgy at 18:05 UTC (21:05 Kiev Time).
Both frequencies will be transmitted from Vatican Radio centre at Santa Maria di Galeria transmitting site, 25 kms North of Rome.
