Starting at 08.55 UTC Vatican Radio will broadcast live from Saint Peter's Basilica the Holy Mass presided by Pope Francis on the Holy Virgin's Solemnity, World Peace Day 2016, 1 January. Shortwave to Africa and the Middle East.
On Christmas night (20.25 UTC, 24 December 2015) Vatican Radio starts a long special broadcasts schedule covering celebrations at St. Peter's Square, the Vatican, Rome. Multilingual commentaries. Short waves operational to Africa and, partly, to Europe and Asia.
HFCC Public Datas for B-15 period, starting on 25 October, have been released on 14 October 2015. Shortwave frequencies registered for their Italian programmes by Albania, AWR, China, Turkey, Egypt, Iran, Romania, the Vatican.
The International Channel of Tunisian Radio (RTCI) has released its newest broadcasting schedule. Foreign language broadcasts including Italian (14.03 UTC) and English (13.03 UTC) are aired on 963 kHz medium wave. Quite good signals reported from Southern Italy, Central and WEST Mediterranean.
As from 1 August 2015 China Radio International stopped relaying their broadcasts from Monte Carlo transmitter (in French territory) 702 kHz in French, Chinese and Italian languages. A local FM frequency was also discontinued.

WRMI Radio Miami International is also rebroadcasting a Italian programme (Made in Italy) joining local stations around the world. Weekly edition is aired on shortwave from Okeechobee, Florida, transmitters on 31 and 19 mb. Made in Italy is addressed to the Italian speaking listeners, and to all those who love Italy in the World, and are interested in the «Italian way of life», the station announced on their Facebook profile.
Voice of Greece re-established a short newscast in Italian on SW 9420 kHz at 05.45 UTC. The new multilingual news from Athens appreared after ERT, the Greek public broadcaster, was newly formed.
A Italian programme existed on ERT until more than 10 years ago.
Pope Francis will visit Bosnia on Saturday 6 June 2015. Vatican Radio will cover the whole event. At 08.45 UTC short wave will be active to broadcast Pope's Mass at Sarajevo Stadium. During his 12 hours visit, Pope Francis will meet with Bosnian bishops, members of the presidency and the representatives of other religious communities in the country. Pilgrims are expected also from neighboring countries to attend the main events.
On Sunday 12 April 2015 communities in the Christian East celebrate Easter according to the Julian calendar, just a week after the Gregorian calendar date. Vatican Radio is broadcasting special lithurgyc programmes in the Ukrainian and Armenian languages, the latter presided by Pope Francis on the occasion of the Catholic-Armenian pilgrimage in Rome remembering the tragedy of the Armenian people in 1915.

Early confirmations from Italian speaking stations as a new season starts on 29 March, daylight saving time first day in Central Europe in 2015. Radio Tirana, Radio Romania International, Voice of Turkey and IRIB have already released their new short wave schedules.
Listeners confirm China Radio International programmes relayed from Albanian MW transmitter in Fllake are off. Both frequencies, 1215 and 1458 kHz, affected. In Italy a further MW frequency from a relay in Montecarlo (702 kHz) is now heard with signal weaker than usual.
Vatican Radio special short wave broadcasts will cover main lithurgies on the first week in the new year 2015. Live transmissions for World Peace Day (1 January) Epiphany (6 January) and the Julian calendar Christmas (7 January). English and multilingual commentaries scheduled.
From 24 to 26 December 2014, Christmas celebrations will be broadcast by Vatican Radio on short wave. The first Christmas Mass will be aired in Chinese at 16 UTC on 24 December, already the early Christmas day hours in the Far East. Pope Francis will celebrate the Holy Night Mass at 20.30 UTC and will address his blessings at 11 UTC on 25 and 26 December.
New schedules have taken effect on 26 October 2014 as Italy and most European countries move their clocks 24 hours back to UTC+1 (CET). Changes reported by HFCC focusing on Radio Tirana (one hour later?) and Radio Cairo (two frequencies?).
